Summer 2026 is fast approaching and is shaping up to be one of the most visually distinct content cycles in years… our predictions this summer

Euro summer is back!

Terracotta, linen, cobalt blue coastlines, golden hour everything. The euro summer aesthetic never really left, but this year it’s evolved from wanderlust content into a full lifestyle positioning. Brands in food, fashion, travel and beauty are using it to sell a feeling. If your brand can authentically align with that world, now is the time. The key thing is authentically align, don’t feel the need to force yourselves to lean into Euro summer, if it feels tricky to find the synergy it’s probably because it’s not right for you

Butter yellow is the colour of the season

Across fashion weeks, campaign shoots and packaging redesigns, yellow is having a moment and we are so here for it. Ignore to pastel, we’re talking saturated, high-energy, optimistic yellow. It feels like summer, it stops the scroll, and it photographs beautifully in natural light. This is summer nod really can be owned by quite a few brands and can be more easily attainable, start testing it before it becomes overwhelming and people just switch off

Experiential is back with higher expectations

Post-pandemic experiential fatigue is over. THANK GOD!!! Consumers want to be somewhere, do something, feel part of something. But the bar has moved, audiences expect production quality without being too polished whilst remaining shareable. Yep it sounds tiring. The key here is to lean into immersive pop-ups, sensory experiences and community events. With more and more AI being used across brands organic and authentic content is here to stay. This summer your organic content is your unsung hero that no paid campaign can replicate (if executed correctly)

Authentic content is outperforming polished production

Lo-fi isn’t new, but the execution has levelled up. The most effective content right now looks real without being careless we’ve seen handheld cameras, natural light, unscripted moments, genuine reactions popping up everywhere. The brands cutting through are the ones that feel human not perfect and definitely not AI generated

The window to lead on these trends is now. By August, everyone will be doing it.

You’re welcome in advance
